How do I automatically create a lead in Salesforce?

We have an after hours bot. I'd like to automatically create a lead record in Salesforce. Anyone know if this is possible?

Hey @user2263​ !

There are 2 ways that SFDC leads can be created automatically:

  1. Through operator using the lead qualification skill
  2. Through task creation - if the lead isn’t present we create one in SFDC
