Our organisation teaches Maths online to young high school learners. We chat with our contacts via WhatsApp Messenger. Is there a way to set up automatic messages for them when they contact us outside office hours? We would ideally like one automatic reply to be set up for weekdays, and a different message for weekends. Is that possible?

We like to send each of our learners a reminder an hour before their class begins. To achieve that, we had to set up an integration with Octopods and Twilio. Do we need to set up a similar integration for these automatic out-of-office messages, or is this something we can actually do out of the box with Intercom?

I would appreciate any advice or links to useful articles that you could share.
