how to update Salesforce contacts monthly from intercom

There is a list of users in intercom called Active. This list has active users last 30 days with more than 1 web session. can we monthly update the contacts on salesforce based on these? How do do it

Once you connect the Salesforce integration, data will start being synced between Intercom and Salesforce whenever a user or lead is updated. This will update the fields required by Salesforce to create a new lead record, which are mapped by default. You can read more about this in this article.

 

You can also choose exactly when to create or update a Salesforce case using Inbox rules.

Simply navigate to Inbox > Automation > Rules and open or create a new rule. Click on “Add action” and then select “Create case in Salesforce”. You can also read more about this here.
