how to update Salesforce contacts monthly from intercom

Question

There is a list of users in intercom called Active. This list has active users last 30 days with more than 1 web session. can we monthly update the contacts on salesforce based on these? How do do it

Hey @alfia​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here &#128295;Once you connect the Salesforce integration, data will start being synced between Intercom and Salesforce whenever a user or lead is updated. This will update the fields required by Salesforce to create a new lead record, which are mapped by default. You can read more about this in this article.You can also choose exactly when to create or update a Salesforce case using Inbox rules.Simply navigate to Inbox > Automation > Rules and open or create a new rule.
