Can I tell Intercom to stop syncing Leads to Salesforce and only sync Contacts? Context is we have a SFDC integration with Calendly. We have Leads being submitted through Calendly then following to SFDC and assigning the applicable Lead Owner. The issue is that Intercom data will overrideĀ the Calendly > SFDC data and will change the Lead Owner.

Lead syncing is the foundation of our SFDC integration, so itās not currently possible to have it only sync Contacts. Iām happy to flag this as a Feature Request for our product team to consider though!
You can control what data is getting mapped to those Leads in the integrationās Settings menu in our App Store under the Sync Lead and Contact DataĀ section.
You can also turn off the setting for respecting the Intercom Owner on Lead creation there as well under the Maintain Lead and Account OwnershipĀ section.
