Microsoft Teams Integration

Hi.

Creating a new topic as the existing ones about this are quite old.

I’m new to Intercom (used HubSpot before). My customer support team used to receive all messages on MS Teams. I see that Intercom doesn’t have an out-of-the box integration with Teams. Is there any 3rd party solution for this or has anyone achieved this in a relatively simple way?

Thanks!

Hi Mateo,
You can set up a webhook to replicate this function.
Basically a webhook setup allow your customer support team to receive messages on MS Teams by integrating them through custom configurations without needing third-party tools

Same issue here until I switched to using jnsq.agency for the integration—they set it up so alerts go to the right channels without breaking the thread. Took them a day to get it working exactly how we wanted.

Intercom doesn’t offer a native MS Teams integration, but there are a few workarounds. Some teams use third-party connectors or automation tools like Zapier or Make to forward conversations or notifications into Teams (More Information). It’s not fully seamless, but it can be set up fairly easily depending on your workflow.
