Salesforce Contact/Leads do not show updates when made to Intercom records

Question

We are using the Salesforce app through the marketplace, Also we have mapped some Intercom attributes with Salesforce custom fields on the Intercom. Following are some of the attributes which are mapped with salesforce fields:UTM CampaignUTM ContentUTM MediumUTM SourceUTM TermNPS_commentNPS_ratingWe are facing some issues with the sync, The Salesforce Contact/Leads do not show updates when made to Intercom records. Attaching the mapping of the Intercom attributes with the Salesforce custom fields of Leads and Contacts:
