We have the Salesforce Inbox App installed. Can I customize which fields from the Salesforce Account show up in the app in the Intercom Inbox?

1. Go to -> Edit:

12. Select the required field and click on the eye icon:

Can you change the fields under Account Details?


Hey @bryan m​, it's not possible to change the fields that appear in the Salesforce Inbox app. That'd be a feature request for our @Product Wishlist​ group, so I've tagged the group in my reply to record it.
