Hi @Carmen McGrady 

When editing the tooltip content you have the this + sing where you can choose to either add video (choose one from your computer) or embed it (from youtube, vimeo, etc)

Does that work for you?

Hi Milan. Yes, I have both options but neither worked for me. 

@Carmen McGrady Can you share the video link you are trying to embed, maybe we can test to troubleshoot for you -- it could be that the privacy settings of the video won’t allow embedding?  I believe unlisted videos can be embedded, with just the URL but not sure.  Private videos may not be able to be embedded. 

I just tested with a random Vimeo video (The AI created beer commercial actually) and it worked correctly, but it’s a publicly available video -- see here:
