I want to embed a video in an article, how do I do that?

When writing an article, you can insert a video using the Articles toolbar! The video option is the second icon from the left.

You can embed any video hosted on YouTube, Wistia or Vimeo.image

If you want to add a GIF, just select the image icon from this toolbar, and select a .gif file.

is there any option to insert videos von tiktok, or at least with an embed code?

I can add the video by the URL but when I add ?rel=0 to the end of the video URL, to keep related videos from popping up,  it does not disable the related videos. Can this be fixed?

Has anyone figured out which URL to use when inserting Microsoft Stream videos? I can’t get it to work and tried basically all possible options (URL, full embed code, part of the URL in the embed, no parameters etc.). I reached out to their customer support to no avail.

Hi Nur, which URL would you use? As mentioned before I can’t get it to work. I set the URL to public. Tried the regular URL, The embed URL and part of the URL without the parameters.

Hi @Rutger, you can find all you need to know about the articles here.

@Rutger Did you get this figured out? I wonder if you can use the Embed option in the Share dialog for Microsoft Streams and then just pull the URL that is in the embed code -- and try that as the URL in the Articles toolbar for Intercom to insert the url.

I don’t have a Microsoft Streams video to try but based on the instructions here from another platform they use the whole embed code but it seems there’s an embed url in the iframe that you may be able to extract.

Hope this helps!

Unfortunately not. I tried your suggestion before to no avail.
