Hi folks,

I want to submit the sitemap for my Articles to Google, where is this? I presume it exists?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi @user877 , If you are looking for a Sitemap to download/upload to Google, afraid Intercom doesn't support that.

You can use online Sitemap builders for that, Like:

https://writemaps.com/

https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

I hope this will be helpful 🦄

Ugh that's a pain. And it looks like no webhooks are sent whenever an article is updated/deleted/added, so we just have to run something every day to check.

Hey @user877, just to add to Roy's response, you don't need a sitemap for our Help Center. It's designed in such a way that Google can crawl it without one. You can read more about this here.
