Hi everyone,
We’re a small startup based on Toronto. We’re interested in adding the multilingual help desk feature to our Intercom help center, but we’ve noticed that the current plan is $499 per month, which is quite over our budget.

Since we primarily need the multilingual support feature, I was wondering if anyone here has experience with this or knows if there’s a more affordable option or perhaps a custom plan available? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The multilingual help desk feature is included in the Advanced plan, which is designed for startups and small businesses with growing support teams. The pricing for the Advanced plan starts at $99/month per seat if paid monthly, or $85/month per seat if you choose to pay yearly. This plan also comes with 20 lite seats, which provide limited access and permissions for cross-functional collaboration within your organization. The multilingual help center is one of the features of the Advanced plan, allowing you to publish articles in multiple languages to support your customers globally.

If the Advanced plan pricing is over your budget, you might consider the number of full seats you need, as the plan includes lite seats for additional, limited access. It's also worth noting that the plan's pricing is based on three factors: the number of seats, Fin resolutions, and usage-based metrics.
