I want toh know how can I migrate/sync articles from Freshdesk to Intercom?

At the moment, we don't provide a way to import article content from Freshdesk. If you are able to export your current articles into a suitable format, you could use our REST API's Create an Article endpoint to create/update articles! I know it's not as clean as a built-in solution, though I'm afraid this just isn't something we have right now. Migrating articles from Freshdesk to Intercom can be tricky because there aren't many built-in options. Freshdesk lets you export solutions to a CSV file, but Intercom doesn't support this. You can use the REST API to create articles in Intercom.

A simpler option is to use a third-party tool like Help Desk Migration. It can move articles, folders, categories, and inline images from Freshdesk to Intercom. It also supports exporting multilingual Help Centers from Freshdesk if you set up the same languages in Intercom first.

To set up languages in Intercom, go to Messenger > General settings > Choose supported languages, and add the languages you need.

For more customization, you can update cross-links between articles. The Migration Wizard will change the URL domain and article IDs to match Intercom.
