Using FIN during a limited amount of hours


I only want to use FIN during a certain time of the day, when our staffing levels are lower than the day shift. Is this something I can do, or is it an “always on proposition”?

Found it. You can absolutely set up FIN to run only during certain hours. It is under the profiles. Thanks intercom support!

You can create a Workflow that will be only triggering outside of the office hours. That will limit Fin interactions to that specific timeframe.
