how to update the name of a visitor on an outbound call?

Hey there Jacques here from Support Engineering.
You can update a Visitor’s name on the UI by locating the visitor's profile within Intercom and edit their details directly. You can find their Intercom profile by going to ‘Lead data’ in the right hand side bar with the Conversation open.
On that page you can change their name! :)
