I often find myself writing part of an email, which I then don’t want to send anyway. When I then want to write another message, the old message, the receiver, and the subject is still there. Is there a way to “abandon” message creation that deletes the message I’ve written + subject + receiver?
Hi, Thomas Lannie-Sharp, It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team
It is a feature, not a bug But I can see how sometimes annoying that would be.
It allows you to come back to the previously started message.
You can simply delete the content of the email and start over.
Hi
Thanks for your answer I totally get how this is useful. It would be great if there was then another way to create multiple drafts that actually had a receiver in order to go back and forth between new conversations Having to use Notes or a Google Docs to draft a longer email while also wanting to create other new messages isn’t exactly convenient
