Intercom offers a VOIP and telephone system known as Intercom Phone. This system allows for both inbound and outbound calls, which appear right in your inbox alongside other conversations for a seamless experience. It supports international outbound calling. Additionally, Intercom Phone provides powerful call routing with features like automatically assigning calls to the right team, scheduling calls for later, sending calls to voicemail outside office hours, and more. However, it's important to note that Intercom Phone is currently only available to customers on Intercom's new pricing plans who joined since November 15, 2023, and it's initially launching in the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and Germany, with plans to expand country coverage.

I want to know one thing. “it's initially launching in the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and Germany, with plans to expand country coverage.” What does it mean by this line? 
Does it mean that we can only make calls to the above-mentioned countries?

This means you’ll only be able to make calls from these countries, as only customer from these countries will have Intercom Phone enabled.
