I want the teams to only see their assigned messages, not all messages. I know that we can filter to show it as groups but we keep on being able to access the messages through the ALL inbox section.

Not possible as far as I know - every teammate with an Inbox seat can see all the conversations.

Hey @mayara​ 👋 there is no way to set this up directly for teams but a possible workaround would be to edit the teammates permissions in the settings here Settings>General> Teammates . You can edit these permissions so that they can only see conversations assigned to them. This would need to be done for each teammate on the team.
