To quickly go to ticket 2138, you can use the Command-P shortcut. Press ⌘/Ctrl + P to open the search Conversations/Tickets page in the Help Desk, and then type or paste in the ticket number to search for it directly. This should bring up the ticket in your Help Desk if it exists and is accessible to you. Make sure you're not in the composer when using these shortcuts for them to work properly.

Additionally, you can click the search icon on the top left of the Help Desk to access the search page, and start typing the ticket number.
