We using internal communication through google chat. My question is, can we integrate google-chat messages into an separate inbox in Intercom? Any ideás?

Currently, we don’t have a native integration for this. That said, you can create your own integration between Google-Chat and Intercom by using both platforms’ API sources.

 

On Intercom side, you would need to work with Conversation API.

You can also see all the other available endpoints in the same docs.

 

Also, you might consider checking some third party tools such as Zapier.

 

Lastly, I couldn’t see any third party apps on our App Store for this use-case, however, you can also check it here just in case.
