I cannot find evidence of that email anywhere! i have removed all emails from email forwarding and cannot figure out why automated responses are still coming in from that email

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you want to stop getting automated responses when someone CC your support e-mail? Is this correct?

@natalya​ , Have you tried to set up some automation? Which allows you to close such e-mails automatically.

Here's the example:

Yes I have, however our issue is we want an accurate close conversation time, does this affect the close conversation time?
