I cannot find evidence of that email anywhere! i have removed all emails from email forwarding and cannot figure out why automated responses are still coming in from that email

How can I completely remove an email from intercom so that messages don't come up when that email is CC'd?

@natalya , Have you tried to set up some automation? Which allows you to close such e-mails automatically.
