Our team members personal emails have been routing through intercom for all the company to see. How do I stop this?
Hey @christal, to clarify, do you mean that emails sent to your teammates' personal email addresses are routing to Intercom?
Yes, that is what's happening.
Have your teammates enabled email forwarding to Intercom? Or are these addresses part of a group/alias which forwards to Intercom?
They say they haven't, but I'm not truly sure if they know or not. If they have, do I only have to disconnect the email forwarding rule, or is there some way to disconnect within Intercom?
Hey @christal, you'd need to disable the email forwarding on the email client side, you won't be able to stop this from within your Intercom workspace!
