Our team members personal emails have been routing through intercom for all the company to see. How do I stop this?

Have your teammates enabled email forwarding to Intercom? Or are these addresses part of a group/alias which forwards to Intercom?


They say they haven't, but I'm not truly sure if they know or not.​ If they have, do I only have to disconnect the email forwarding rule, or is there some way to disconnect within Intercom?


Hey @christal​, you'd need to disable the email forwarding on the email client side, you won't be able to stop this from within your Intercom workspace!
