Hi @pranay , In this case, there two ways to get conversation numbers.
1 - From Inbox -> Search -> User = Select User
2 - You should Export conversations from Intercom -> Reports -> Export and then filter it via Customer e-mail or User ID.
I hope this will be helpful.
BTW will be nice if Intercom includes this number inside the user profile @Product Wishlist .
