We are trying to figure out the engagement levels of a particular customer that reach out to, is there to find out the number of conversation a customer has had with us using export?
Hi @pranay​ , In this case, there two ways to get conversation numbers.

1 - From Inbox -> Search -> User = Select User
2 - You should Export conversations from Intercom -> Reports -> Export and then filter it via Customer e-mail or User ID.

BTW will be nice if Intercom includes this number inside the user profile @Product Wishlist​ .

I would say it would be great to have that number both on the user and company profile (summary of user convo count). This could be used for targeting, qualification and for analysis.
