Can I merge the ticket from the same user?

I’m afraid it’s currently not possible to merge tickets.
I’d be glad to flag this as a feature request for you, though, so our team can consider this idea when creating new features and refining our current solutions.

I wouldn’t be able to confirm this I’m afraid.
There is a lot of consideration that goes into creating new features. We review whether it aligns with the direction we’re moving with the product, the impact it will have for our customers, as well as the technical implications for adding it, among other considerations. Because the process is so complex, we aren’t able to share our roadmap publicly or give an ETA on what gets built. I can promise that we do take these requests seriously! The team regularly reviews and discusses them and I hope this is something that we can see implemented in the near future.
