Question about addresses and domains.

Hello folks!🙋

I have a question about addresses and domains!

How to create other email address with default outbound address?

Right now, we're using "support@xxxxxxxxx.intercom-mail.com". But we wanna use other email for a webinar or other services.

Like webinar@xxxxxxxxx.intercom-mail.com, service@xxxxxxxxx.intercom-mail.com...etc

Is there anyway to create those email?

Hello @user873 , I don't think that it's a good idea to create a webinar@XXXX.intercom-mail.com e-mail address to contact your customers.

How about connect your existing domain to Intercom and create webinar@yourcompany.com?

Still, if you want to create webinar@XXXX.intercom-mail.com, you can invite a fake teammate to your Intercom account and set-up following:

InviteTeamMember

If you want to add your company domain to send e-mails, here the guide for that.

Let me know if you have any further questions, happy to help you.
