My CSAT ratings are not sending! Help!!!

There a few different reasons as to why Operator may not have requested a CSAT rating:
Ensure that the "Ask for conversation rating" option is enabled under Operator > Task Bots.
Ensure that the conversation was not closed outside of the expiry window. This window can be customised under the same section as listed above.
Conversations with less than 250 characters are not eligible to receive ratings. Conversations with multiple participants are also ineligible.
If the conversation was not started from a user-initiated message via the Messenger on Web or Mobile, the rating will not trigger. This means email conversations and conversations started via integrations will not trigger a rating.
