Why did a user in my Series hit the goal / not hit the goal?

You should check the following if you notice a user hit a goal/not hit a goal

Does it include company data, and are they part of multiple companies?
Did they already match the goal before entering? (They only count toward the goal if they match it after joining the Series.)
Have they set a time limit on how long it will check the goal, and did the user match for it during/after that time limit?
Has the goal changed since the user entered the Series? (They’ll be matched against the goal that was set up when they first entered.)
