Hello there, 

I’m Luca Lotterio founder of Restworld, an HR tech company aiming to create the biggest marketplace for jobs in the hospitality and restaurant domain.

We use Intercom since 3 years, half of our team work on it as customer success or applicants assistance on a daily basis. We use series, Fin, companies and so on.

As we’re starting to onboard new people and our startup is growing, we’d love to be able to deliver classes on how to maximize the usage of Intercom inbox, how to deliver an excellent customer assistance and retention.

Our team already did the Intercom academy and related courses, but I’d love to have a frontal class in Turin (our HQ city) with a proper teacher to give them a third person learning and not just from online courses/founders.
