Future Fin Capability

Will Fin ever have the ability to reply to a customer’s question with a screenshot or potentially a video? It is good at reviewing what we have and describing it but it would be very helpful to share the actual image (especially in a navigation question scenario).

I love this suggestion! Fin is great at explaining things in words, but I totally get how helpful it would be for it to share screenshots or videos directly especially for questions about navigating your product or visual steps.

Right now, Fin doesn’t have the ability to send images or videos in its replies. It focuses on pulling content from your connected sources and providing accurate text-based answers. But you’re absolutely right adding visuals could really level up the support experience.

The good news is: this kind of feedback helps shape Fin’s roadmap! I’ll make sure to pass this along to the product team as a feature request. If and when something like this is in the works, I’ll be happy to keep you updated.

In the meantime, one option is to embed screenshots or videos in your Help Center articles or other connected content sources. Fin can reference those, and even link customers directly to those resources.
