We sometimes receive auto-generated structured emails to our support inbox.
These emails represent a request to doa. specific action for a cusotmer, not a gerneral qurestion.
How can we instruct Fin to ignore specific emails which can be identified from fixed templated body team, and will also include a fixed text string in every subject line?

@Richard Foxworthy This should be straight forward to do within Workflows, if you add a high level workflow that directs what to do with these types of requests, you should be able to avoid Fin trying to handle them without any issues.
What you do with that might depend on your end goal but here’s an example where if the email subject is xyz then assign to the Dev team. In your case maybe you have a DOA team or a team that handles DOA.
