Workflow: FinAI introduction is missing


Hello, 
The feature “Let Fin introduce itself” is only available in the Fin over Chat settings but it isn’t available in the FinAI configuration for workflow. 

It would be better to have this feature (even if it’s disabled by default) so that visitors/users know that they can ask a question.

On the back of what ​@Nathan Sudds said, the reason Fin wouldn’t introduce itself in an AI answer in a workflow would be due to the fact a User could enter a workflow having already interacted with Fin outside of a workflow. So the thinking here would be that you would allow Fin AI Agent to introduce itself outside of the workflows when the User begins interacting with the Messenger, and then reserve the User of Fin in workflows for more nuanced support.

However the workaround of using message content to introduce Fin in a workflow would work great!

In any case, I’ll forward this feedback onto our R&D team, as it is an interesting case for sure! Thank you for your honest feedback 🙏

@Milasin Petrovic ​@Graziela  I’m wondering if this isn’t available because generally users will have come into contact with Fin already before entering a workflow?

For cases where you want Fin AI to introduce itself in a workflow, maybe for now the best option is to add Message content and post your introduction message there but this may be an interesting point whether Fin knows when it needs to introduce itself and will use that information in a Workflow too whenever you “Let Fin Answer”
