Add FIN replies to conversation webhooks

Big thumbs up from me here: Telegram is one of the major social platforms out there, and would be amazing to use Fin replies directly in the app.

Any updates regarding this feature? Also, if Fin cannot reply directly, is there another way to send replies in the workflow without using Fin for the time being?

Hi ​@Andrii Fedyk - Good news! Our team has released the conversation.operator.replied webhook topic in the Unstable version of the REST API.

​@Paul D thanks for adding the FIN support to webhooks. I tested on a few workspaces and it works ❤️

There is just one issue I noticed with quick replies. I described it in more detail here https://community.intercom.com/ideas/add-reply-options-to-quick-reply-admin-replies-10149.
