 Hey All! I have extracted the conversation data using Intercom REST API (link) to our data warehouse. The use case is that I want to build a First response time (Bot inbox time excluded) metric from the Intercom reporting in our tableau report. However, we are not sure which fields to use for the calculation. I do have a field named  time_to_admin_reply but it includes bot inbox time. Additionally, I am not extracting conversation parts as it is very time-consuming. It would be great if anyone could help me with this. Also, let me know if more information is needed. Thanks in Advance.

When upgrade intercom android sdk from 10.3.0 to 12.5.3, the app package increase 1.5M I only want to support Android 13, but i don’t want to increase the app package.  even when i upgrade to 15.x.x， it increase more! 

Hey Everyone,I have a question. We have a few customers that CC everyone humanly possible when they submit an inquiry. They add our support email, several of our employees, several of their employees, sometimes even a kitchen sink (with an email address). Due to this when we reply its chaos. We are currently manually removing the cc’d emails but the communication is very frequent (dozens of times a day). Is there a workflow we can create that IF an email comes from say BOB and his 37 cc’d friends, we can remove those 37 friends automatically before we reply to the inquiry?

Is there an easy way to get a custom report of conversations with linked tickets? The data export for conversations does not include any columns on tickets like ticket ID, etc., and the data export for tickets does not include a linked conversation ID column.

  Is there a way for a custom action to interact with an application in a help desk?  For example, I have a created custom action and a created and added application in a tab. During a conversation, if I activate the custom action on a message(which contains the order number), a request goes to the backend. Can I somehow trigger the application in the current conversation from the backend, passing and displaying the order data there?

Hi, I use intercom to chat with my clients on android and iOS. I have noticed that after a few days, on the android device we get clients being prompted to send a message instead of continuing with the previous conversation. is there a way to prevent users from opening these new conversations? I have turned it off in messenger setttings and mobile SDKs but even still after a few weeks, the recent conversations changes to send us a message and starts a new conversation all together  

Hi! We’re trying to resolve an inconvenience in our Salesforce org where if a customer replies to an Intercom conversation via email, their response creates a new case in Salesforce instead of getting added to the existing case. I could set up a flow in Salesforce to associate these new email responses to their existing case if we could get the conversation Id into the email subject. Is there a way to do this? Or has anyone else found a better way to tackle this in Intercom/Salesforce?

Sometimes intercom associates conversations with the wrong companies. How can I correct that?  Product Documentation says:Conversations and tickets are associated with companies in different ways: Conversations can be associated with multiple companies. They are associated with companies through the conversation participants. When you search by company, we will find all conversations that have at least one participant from that company. Tickets can only be associated with one company. You can choose which company a ticket is associated with when it’s created and change it later in the Help Desk. We will find all tickets that have been explicitly associated with the company you selected.

HiI was wondering if anyone has stumbled upon the issue with tickets having a requirement for input, like thisbut when they are not filled in, the conversation still gets closed because we use “disable customer reply” and turned off duplicate conversations. Is there any way to define the state of a ticket so you can design a workflow to send a message to the customer: “Hey, you don’t seem to have filled in your details, do you need help with anything? when they input is required but they have not typed in anything?I know the function “collect customer” reply in the workflow can be used for replies, but not for tickets that are not filled in by the customer. Is there any way to track this and nudge the customer based on it?I am grateful for any tips or help!​

Hello, I am not sure if I’m missing something but I encountered a bizzare behaviour using Intercom classes when trying to login an Identified user. Preface: I’m using Qt for Android and integrating Intercom purely on the Android side. In my login function, I get passed user attributes from downstream. When closing a ticket, there is a new box that says ‘leave ticket in’. What does this mean?  

We have noticed in certain circumstances it would be good if the customer reply didn’t re-open a conversation or ticket such as when a customer thanks us for our help. Its nice to hear that the customer is happy but we don’t want the conversation to reopen. I know I can set it so conversations don’t reopen at all, but this then creates a new conversation which is worse that one reopening. Has anyone got any ideas on how best to resolve this?

We have been noticing multiple Sentry warnings for AppHanging in Intercom flows in conversation flows. Looking at the stack trace it seems to be like some functions are causing object lock due to multiple threads running & trying to access it. During this situation checking the flows user seem to be unable to interact with the intercom chat messenger for certain durationWe are using RN package in our app.Version - 6.6.0Please provide me some info on this & if this is fixed in the later versions of the SDK as we have to discuss regarding the upgrade since newer version would be requiring the app to update minimum supported version to iOS 15.0 where as we still support till iOS 13.0 currently. Here is the full stack trace of it.
