Is this for displaying different languages to your Customers? If so, you can use the "Language override" attribute. This attribute enforces the language for the Messenger, Fin AI Agent, and Workflows for specific users. You can set this attribute via Workflows by adding a "Set language override" step, which will set the language override of the current user in the conversation to the chosen language.

Hey @Jacques Reynolds, yeah i’m already using this for messenger. What about email ? Even if I force the langage to German it will still send the “Jennifer FROM Intercom” in the main langage of the Workspace :(
