I love Creating Disney Magic by Lee Cockerell, it's about Customer Service, Management, Leadership, it helped me to know what kind of manager I wanted to be.

After all, it depends on the organisation you have, but you can also get closer to other managers who have the same number of people in their team and who have faced the same problems.

The problem with some podcasts is that they talk about the positive, while in person they will also tell you about the mistakes made and how to avoid them.
