Hello, community. In the report Conversation tags, we can see "The number of tagged conversations by start date.".In my flow we allow users to return to the previous conversation and ask another question. As well as it is natural for the users to ask within one conversation about the different products and not just about 1 specific topic. Can I somehow get the report that will contain tagged conversation by the time of tagging or a report that will show tagged messages by the time of tagging? For example, I have a conversation that lasted for 3 days and is still active.1st day user asked a question that was tagged as "A"2nd day - tag "B"3rd day - tag "C" I would like to see this conversation in the report for each of the 3 days with the tags that were implied in that day. Or be able to see the number of messages that were tagged with the specific tag on

I have a setup a product tour for a webpage which works fine on desktop browser. Unfortunately, certain components in the desktop view are not present in the mobile view… so is there a way to point a specific tour step one-way in desktop view, but point differently or un-point it in mobile view – with same product tour? I am also considering turning off the tour altogether on mobile view … for which I tried to add the does not contain OS = Android and does not contain OS = iOS settings… but it doesn’t seem to work. I suspect that maybe the Intercom tracking code needs to explicitly pass OS (and browser) to Intercom? Where can I find a code snipped on that?

I want to get the timezone of the client who is chatting with us. Since based on his time zone, i want to show some time values, in the messenger. How can i get the timezone of the client while we are called in API (ex: configure, initialize, etc) ?

We'd like to study if the order of the Custom Bot buttons affect the experience of the user, ie. the user selects one of the top buttons, but would be better serviced by options presented at the bottom. We are wondering if we can randomise the order of Custom Bot buttons and see the effect in visitor interaction.

The specific problem I am trying to solve is as follows: I have an application log in page where I do not want the intercom widget to be present for any user. Then after that user has logged in, depending on their predefined role permissions, intercom should either presented or hidden. Admin users should be able to see the intercom widget.Customer users should not be able to see the intercom widget. Any assistance to help resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Help! I have been migrating several campaigns to series and noticed users are disengaging because I was confused by the time limit for matching rules. In campaigns, it seems there was a continuous attempt to match rules. However, in series, you have to specify the length of time. I have gone in and changed all to 90 days, but I am still very concerned about my disengaged users. I need to develop a plan to re-engage them and the best idea we've come up with is to pause current series, duplicate the series, confirm rules are accurate, and then re-send. I acknowledge this may lead to duplicate emails which I will notify our users about.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. So frustrated with myself!

Employee A was assigned to receive all the responses from outbound messages. I'd now like to re-assign them all to Employee B. Is there a way to do this at bulk? Or do I have to go into every outbound message and change it?

Either by exporting the data and reimporting, or some kind of API to a tool that can help? For example, I want to be able to segment for users that have a specific Event occurring on a specific page, and send them a post or email.  The URL is in the event meta data but from Intercom Help pages it doesn't appear there is a way to use this in Intercom to segment or trigger something to happen.

We are doing a general cleaning on our Intercom account (old messages, unused tags, unused segments, events, etc). Is there a way to select several of each segment and delete them at the same time? Or is the only way to do it one by one?Thank you!
