If multiple leads/users have the same email address, and all these are enrolled in a Series/Email campaign, will the email be sent to that email address multiple times? eg. separate leads/contacts below would receive the email 3 times?Lead A - joe@bloggs.comLead B - joe@bloggs.comUser C - joe@bloggs.com

Sometimes is better to have an answer scheduled to be sent in a specific time & day.I know I could just snooze the conversation to reply it latter, but if I could answer now and schedule to be sent in another time this would be great...

I have filtered articles to specific users (me being one) to test this functionality however they aren't showing in our knowledge base when I search for them? Any ideas why not?

I want to prevent people from replying to outbound messages.I want all of them to use bots, but I'm getting irrelevant questions in reply to outbound messages. Is there any way to stop them from sending me direct messages?

Hello, looks like there is a bug in Search API. I've created a few contacts today and one of them have "created_at" equal to 1602494086.But when I try to search like this:  ```"query": { "field": "created_at", "operator": ">", "value": 1602494080}``` it returns nothing. According to docs (search-for-contacts) value from query will be interpreted as start of the day so it's still a valid query and should return this contact. What's strange: when I use operator "=" in query it return multiple items including the requested one, e.g. : { "field": "created_at", "operator": "=", "value": 1602494080} So, looks like there is a problem in operator logic Thanks in advance for any help! Attaching few screenshots from the postman:

I'm trying to link product tours in an article, but because the domain portion of the site is a variable, it isn't translating.  From within the product tour settings:Copied into an article:{{custom_data.domain}}/pages/settings?product_tour_id=171721 Linking tours works everywhere else within Intercom, just not in the articles. Am I missing something, or is this just not possible as of now?

I've been able to been able to edit Lead Source in Operator/Custom Bots, but can't find anywhere to edit this in Messenger. New Salesforce Leads from Messenger are all showing as Intercom - would like to change that.

Is it possible to send messages by just hitting enter, rather than ctrl + enter. I would rather be able to just send a message without holding two buttons, by just pressing enter. Then, if I need to add a new line, I will just press ctrl + enter to do so

On Series there only seems to be the option to add a normal custom bot. If it's created and I try and import it into the series, I can't find it in the search

There are no error messages, the button is disabled. Any idea how to fix? I asked already in support chat but the reply may take a lot of time. 

Even after archiving all our inactive users from Intercom Contacts, I still see those users counted under the billing. Can someone shed light on this, please? Thanks!

We're currently using product tours to inform logged in users about new features we've added. If a user hasn't logged in for a while, there's a chance there will be too many tours popping up and the tours might become annoying. I was thinking of adding the "Last contacted less than a day ago" but not sure if that also updates if a users sees a tour. So, for example, a user logs in, sees a tour, the "Last contacted less than a day ago" is updated, so they won't see the 2nd tour because they were contacted earlier that day. If they log in later that week, then they'll see the 2nd tour. I'm open for suggestions if there's another way to do this!

Can I, or should I create multiple series under one series? ie. I am using a series to introduce key features for first-time users. at the same time I want to a campaign reminding about the trial limitations and sign up. Can i do it under same series?

Why can't some people be user-tagged? I can't tag some people with tags that I could tag other people with, and I can't search for tags.

Hi all,  I'm interested to send an automated email on a weekly basis to new users as follow:On Monday at 13:00 I want to send an email to all new users who signed up since Thursday. On Tuesday I want to send an automated email at 14:00 to all new users who signed up since Monday.On Thursday at 14:00, I want to send an automated email to all new users who signed up since Tuesday. At the moment, I tried to create the automated email that should be sent on Monday, I managed to select the email triggered time to Monday at 13:00, but I didn't find a rule to create a segment of signed by specific days or time, only dates or days. I though maybe if I'll trigger the first email on Monday and I'll choose 4 days backwards it may work, but I'm not sure it will work as planned.  Your thoughts?

Hello, I'm having some issues with our Intercom chat widget on devices with a notch. If you take a look at the screenshot below, you'll see on the left side is the chat at full screen on an iPhone 8 plus (no notch) which looks perfect. On the right side, it's the same app pulled up on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and you'll see that the input bar is cut off completely because of the addition of the status bar at the top not being accounted for. You can see a tiny bit of the input and if you tap at the very bottom of the screen you can get the keyboard to pop up, but it's a very poor user experience. There are a few quick and dirty hacks that I've tried to fix this issue but without much success. There's a pretty simple way to detect the "safe area" of a screen, which would look something like this: ```height: calc(100% - env(safe-area-inset-bottom));``` That has been working great for us, internally, but the problem is that the safe area value does not ge

I'd like to set up a bucket of outbound messages that could be loosely described as "delightful". So no specific purpose, just a way of engaging with customers on a more emotive level... celebrating quirky milestones, anniversaries, holidays and so on. In the old days I could have set up a folder of short outbound posts... .But now with Series I'm not really sure how any of this would work. The messages are related from a management perspective but do not run in a series. Seems odd to just have a bunch of outbound messages with no connection... at the moment i'm thinking i just have a common naming structure... like:Delightful | message 1 Delightful | message 2Delightful | message 3etc Does anyone have any good ideas?  PS. hate to be a hater... but this forum software solution is awful
