If I set a goal for a message such as "Page URL visited is..." and the tour takes place on that page, does that tour visit get counted as fulfilling the goal? Or does the goal only trigger on the next time the user visits that page?

Hi all,I want to send messages to all users who belong to a certain company when no one in that company has sent newsletters in X days. Right now I can target users based on their own behaviour but not based on the company behaviour. Is there a way to target users based on their company actions, not personal actions? Thanks!

I have tried to retrieve a contact with id 5fdf1f7270c60b2cb67905a9. I got this id from conversation this user has created. Is there a way to set all links shared on the conversation to open on a new tab? It seems like, the link with the same hostname as the messenger is on opens on the same window and reload the page. This creates unintentional interruption of the conversation. Please advice if there is a way to force all links(internal or external) open on a new tab. Thanks

I'm trying to create an Outbound email that is sent to a specific group of customers only on the weekends. I want the message to trigger when someone emails us over the weekend. When I click on "When to send this" to add a rule, there's only "Add URL" "Time on page".  I've tag the Group that I want it to go to, but I just realized that it started sending the email without a customer first reaching out.  How do I fix this?

After we built a Firebase Cloud Function that updates our Intercom records with some relevant metadata and connecting those bits using a shared userId I found that we had several long term users which never registered with Intercom even if that's the first thing we do on app boot. Is there a known issue where this might happen?

I am looking to build a Series that triggers a mobile carousel whenever a user presses a button in our app (regardless of whether they have completed the carousel before or not) The flow would look like this: User clicks on partner link in-app (event below recorded) > Open up mobile carousel (an explainer saying who the partner is, benefits, what happens next) > link to third-party partner website  However, all of the rules for Series seem to be based off: Count, first occurred, last occurred and therefore can't initiate this when the button is clicked  Is this an error in recording of my events or is there a solution to trigger series when the button is pressed?  Thanks!

However, we are wondering how can we send the newsletter, from a specific email address, without changing all the workspace settings? TO manage our inbox, we use the intercom email extension. However, we want to use a specific email for newsletters. We can´t find the option, without changing the settings for all team. Of course, we want this specific email with photo. We are trying to avoid the Promotion tab in gmail. Thanks!!!!

Hi there, Our main Series journey is triggered by the certain amount of days a user is away from a certain date. It's a mixture of emails/chat sending when x amount of days away is hit, as well as this also triggering tags being added which (using Zapier) then triggers an SMS using Twilio. We've had instances of users receiving messages at 12/1am at night. How do I set a rule to make sure a user only receives a message from us between certain hours? I can see you can schedule individual messages, but I can't see how to do this for a Series as a whole.
