HeyOur app is multi region so we have eu.app.com and us.app.com.We are using the same intercom on all the domains.We would like the links in the Help Center articles to point to the correct region based on the invocation source.So if a user clicks on intercom eu.app.com all the links in the articles should point to the eu environment, same for US.Without this option when a user clicks a link in the documentation they are taken to the wrong environment. Is there a way to achieve that? Use some kind of magic tag in help center articles?Thanks!

Hi everyone,  We're currently using Elevio where our knowledge base is hoted (help.subbly.co). We'd like to migrate the existing KB over to Intercom for a more streamlined solution when handling regular day to day support.  Q's:  What is the painless way of transferring the entire KB over to Intercom? Is there a way of importing the articles in the form of CSV or any other method? I tried the scraping tool in the past and it worked on only a handful of articles...Does Intercom provides the stats about most common searches and, more specifically, empty searches within given time period? Is that information readily available (like suggestions which articles to add?). Are we able to add keywords to the Intercom articles? I read somewhere that images need to be hosted elsewhere, is there no way to simply upload pictures/screenshots directly to the article when writing one? Does related articles bot (suggestions) come with a regular Articles app with Intercom? I'm specifical

We want to import hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective Help Center Articles. I see it is possible to import help documentation articles with Zendesk, but is it possible to automate an import of hundreds of .htm URLs into their own respective articles as we are aiming to do? Just looking for some guidance on how to begin this process, rather than copying and pasting each article over to Intercom manually. Thank you.

How to migrate selected articles from Zendesk to Intercom

Hi, I am planning to migrate only some articles from Zendesk to Intercom. Is there an option to do it? The only guide I can see is to migrate all articles from Zendesk to Intercom by using sub domain. However when I tried to use the subdomain, it just migrated some articles which are not the ones that I was supposed to transfer.  So in case the only option is to migrate all articles, questions areCan we migrate guides and have them show unpublished in Intercom? Can we update the target audience for articles in bulk?Thank you.

When i call submit webhook url, it takes time for good reasons (It does some other API calls), i get following error. How to increase the timeout value of the submit webhook? {"support_url":null,"error_code":"third_party_server_timeout","message":"Third party server timed out when making request"}

Basically I want to show a banner to users letting them know the app has been updated. I want to add a link action to perform a hard refresh of the current page. So I’d like to use something like {current_page}?app=refresh. 

I was just wondering why the gradient color on the text turns out like this:When other launchers look like this:There is some wierd gradient color that is  applied to the greeting text which does NOT match the Introduction text. Is there a fix for this?

We have been noticing multiple Sentry warnings for AppHanging in Intercom flows in conversation flows. Looking at the stack trace it seems to be like some functions are causing object lock due to multiple threads running & trying to access it. During this situation checking the flows user seem to be unable to interact with the intercom chat messenger for certain durationWe are using RN package in our app.Version - 6.6.0Please provide me some info on this & if this is fixed in the later versions of the SDK as we have to discuss regarding the upgrade since newer version would be requiring the app to update minimum supported version to iOS 15.0 where as we still support till iOS 13.0 currently. Here is the full stack trace of it. Hi! I am using the dynamic content settings for an upcoming email. One of the fields I want to bring in as dynamic is the customer’s Sales Representative’s email address. I figured out how to pull in the Sales Rep’s name but can’t pull in their email. Is this a feature limitation or is this a field that our team needs to add to be able to pull it into the email? Thanks so much!

I want to be able to turn off the audio notifications for new conversations and updates to conversations in my inbox.  These seem to be sent even after logging out of my intercom account, and setting my status as away doesn’t seem to affect it either, redirecting replies doesn’t either, nor do they seem to be paused after the office hours I entered.  I can’t find the setting in my intercom account either.  It’s really annoying to get these after hours.  Is there a way to pause them, or at least disable them?

We’ve created a custom domain through SiteGround for our help centre & enforced it with SSL & HTTPS, however, the site still shows up as unsecured and gives us this error:NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALIDWe can see that the certificate is not the correct one as the common name is listed as intercom.help, but it should show up as our custom domain.We’ve tried deleting & re-creating new SSL certificates as well as CNAMEs but nothing seems to be working to update the certificate on our help centre site. Any help would be appreciated!Thanks.

In my service, when one user performs an activity, we want to send a different user a push notification to alert them. We are using segment events to trigger the push notification. in the event metadata, we send the second users email.  How can we ensure the push notification is sent to the email in the metadata?

If you close the chat window by swiping down, notification IntercomUnreadConversationCountDidChange arrive just fine, as does the window with a new message. If you minimize the chat window by clicking on the button, the notification does not work, as does the window with a new message.

Our users are experiencing issues with page components being blocked due to the fixed position of the Intercom chat icon. Could we make the chat icon draggable so users can reposition it as needed?    

When I release a new version of my app,  I want it to go out as an announcement. The Post feature allows me to send it out as a popup to all of my users, but I also want to add the post to my news feed. How can I do this?

The message is closed.#2. When does the same user get the same NPS again?-Will it appear 12 weeks later?OR-Will it appear when they log back in from the app and see the NPS again?#3. Is it possible to set up a rule in the intercom app, for example: if the user cancels the NPS flow, I'll show the same NPS flow to the same user again the following week.-Is this possible?-Where can I create this rule?Intercom flow 

I published an article title “FAQs” under a collection called “customer support.”In messenger, the article title appears but there is no content in the article.Only when the “Open in help center” button is clicked does the article show up. I want the article content to appear directly on the messenger.Thanks!

Product Tours are showing multiple times even though I have set them to 'Only once'. The users are starting to complain.

Hello,I wrote that in the comment of other topic, but I think better ask separately, so again:I’m wondering if it’s possible to trigger the startTour method only once.In my case, the user triggers two actions with one button. One action in the system second is the tour.I want to show the tour only once, and the next time the user clicks the button they just use the feature.I did that because when a user triggers an action they enable a feature that needs to be toured. How can I assign owner to a company? We are a B2B business and our reps are each assigned to a group of companies. We can assign owner to contacts but those change often and we need to segment companies by their account owners. Thanks,

Hi, i want to trigger a custom action when we are creating a new conversation from Intercom on this screen. Once we fill the email, we’d like to trigger a custom action and retrieve data from our API. We already are using that custom action on workflows. Is it possible. In the available actions, there isn’t the option “Trigger custom action” for this screen.
