Hi @Eva Knutsson  You can update the bot image that appears on the Messenger by going to Automation > Settings > Choose your bot identity  In this section, you can edit the bot's picture, which will update the image on the Messenger. This is where you can change the name and avatar for the bot. By editing the bot's picture here, you will be able to make the desired changes to the image that appears next to messages in the Messenger.
