@darshanhiranandani That's a great question but it really depends it may be different for each team.
Ideally an audit of your current setup would be a good place to start, digging into what is happening and often your front line people will have ideas on what could be done to help but often aren't asked to contribute ideas.
The number one thing I find with most teams is that in addition to the AI improvements there's everyday data that if you can get it into Intercom on the user profiles next to the conversations in the form of events, attributes, integrations, etc then you'll be able to do a lot more to improve efficiencies right from the initial message..
