Hi all,

We would like to have the possibility of removing the CSAT survey from sending entirely for a certain team.

Our team doesn’t really need this and it feels weird to send feedback to certain partners we are talking to when we are in constant comms with them. !-->

On your CSAT Request Workflow, create a branch that says IF team is X, THEN end the workflow. We do something similar with our internal employee email addresses.
