Here is again what I would like to do:

1. Recipients of a specific email gets automatically a specific tag

2. Everyone with this tag lands automatically in a specific segment

3. For setting up another email I can then say that this email should just go to people within this segment

You could possibly achieve this with a Series!

  1. Set up a Series to send a particular email, and when it is delivered, add a tag as a follow up.
  2. Go to Contacts and filter by the tag. Click "save segment".
  3. When setting up a new email, filter by the segment or tag.
