Wondering how others do email reporting? Are there any good free downloadable templates? Are there integrations to automate the data transfer to the report? Any help would be appreciated!

Hey @sophia g!
Just so I am on the same page as you are looking for metrics related to conversation that were started from an outbound email message or conversation started by customer via email? If so, you can tag these conversations and the filter the reports using the tag? Would this suit you?
