  1. Can we upload a list of users' email addresses to intercom for bulk emailing?
  2. Should the users previously have existed in intercom or can they be any person who is currently, or has previously used our product?
  3. What are the best practices for executing this type of bulk communication?
  4. What are the exact steps we need to follow to achieve this?

Hi @Jaden De Wet 🤠  To answer your questions here:

  1. You can upload a list of users' email addresses as a CSV directly from the message's audience rules. This process will allow you to filter and tag your users and leads using a CSV file to create a targeted audience for your email.
  2. Using the method in step 1, this is assuming that the users did not exist on your workspace prior to wanting to contact them.
  3. You'll find more on email best practices in these articles from our Help Center - Intercom's email sending guidelines & Our best practice guide for staying personal at

Hope this helps! 🚀
