I’m adding a Banner, and I would like to open a Chat if a user interacts with the banner. Eg. “Here is new feature X, click here to give feedback.” → Opens chat. 

Is there any way to do this?

This should be possible with Series, I’ve added an example of how it can be built below:

 

Your Entry rules will be the audience rules for the banner. then if the user has, for example, clicked the link in the banner, you could send them a Workflow, which can consist of only one path, e.g. “Chat with us” button. 


@David Smyth Similar to @Aleksei O ‘s idea here, you could also launch a page with that click to something about the feature and trigger a chat to launch when someone visits that url as well. 

So you should have a couple options there!
