Pull email address in as dynamic content?

Hi! I am using the dynamic content settings for an upcoming email. One of the fields I want to bring in as dynamic is the customer’s Sales Representative’s email address. I figured out how to pull in the Sales Rep’s name but can’t pull in their email. Is this a feature limitation or is this a field that our team needs to add to be able to pull it into the email? Thanks so much!

Hi @elynch3 -- Cam from the Intercom Support team here!

I presume you’re referring to the “Owner” attribute thats available in the People Data section to pull in the Sales Rep’s name, correct? This is a standard Intercom attribute that’s automatically included in a Leads/Users profile.

At present there isn’t a similar standard Intercom attribute that specifically and automatically contains the “Owners email” but you certainly could create a Custom Data Attribute (CDA) within your Leads/Users profile where you can add this data and use that CDA in the dynamic content 👍. This article details how you can create a CDA.

Hope that helps! Let me know how you go 😁
