What would cause a routine outbound newsletter to start going into the Spam folder overnight when it has previously been going to their inbox folders without any issues? FYI. No major changes were made to the configuration as it is based on a template

Hey @eric k Racheal from the support engineer team here👋Â
Â
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with inbox placement! We can help you look into what might be going wrong with your messages. Could you write into support with the following details?
Â
- The specific email that caused you trouble.
- Do you have the email addresses of some users who received your messages as spam?
- Do you ever remove inactive users from your workspace? If you message inactive users, this can affect inbox placement also.
We can investigate how your sending performance has been in terms of bounces/spam complaints and open rates, as this will affect how email service providers treat your messages 👍
