Ask 3 questions and then initiate conversation

We want to engage customers better and make them feel like they been cared for by a real human being once they sign up for our system. Optimally we’d love to open up a conversation where we ask them 3 questions so we get some basic information about them, but also showing that there’s a person taking care of them.

Any ideas on how to use the power of intercom to achieve this?

Just to make sure I’m understanding here, is the ideal workflow that a user signs up and one of your teammates automatically reaches out with the questions mentioned? I would suggest using a Chat for this! That way once the user replies a conversation will open up, and you can use signed up on this day as the audience filter to only grab new users:
