Does anyone have tips on blocking spam messages that come in?

We've gotten multiple messages from people spamming us. Sending inappropriate images too. Is there anything other than blocking the user that we can do?

Potentially also look at creating some rules outside of the email/spam filters and based on keywords automatically close any of those conversations - if there are obvious word patterns.

Picture generated e-mail addressesB - If you are using Google Workspace, you can adjust spam filters and then forward e-mails to Intercom. From the Intercom end, the best way is to block such senders.
