I am looking at integrating our intercom account with Facebook so we can run Messenger ads and our sales agents can respond in real time. I am wondering if there is a way to filter the messages so only the Messenger ad messages are sent to intercom?

You can try to assign the conversations that contain some specific keyword from Facebook channel to a specific team.
