We have a team member set up but they did not use their full name... how do I change their name?

Hello @matt a11, Your teammate needs to change the name by clicking Name -> Edit.
I'm suggesting you create on-boarding documentation for the agents, you can put there all necessary set-up flow for new hires.
You can include there - How correctly config Notifications, Fill Intercom profile fully, Set Two factor authorization and etc.
