How do I use Smart Replies?

Smart replies will show a commonly used greeting by the teammate in the background (i.e. grayed out) of the inbox. The teammate can then choose to accept (by selecting Tab) or ignore (continue as you normally would) the suggested greeting.

At present the suggested greeting cannot be turned off or on. If a teammate doesn’t find the greeting useful they can simply ignore the greetings and continue typing on as normal. 👍 Hope this help 🙌
